Paco was bold enough to head butt Kimo again. Kimo (the human) was watching. I was a bit apprehensive but thought Kimo (the dog) might behave. He didn't and went after Paco. I had him by the leash before any damage, but it was disappointing. It seems the dynamic changes if there's some other party present besides me, Kimo, and Paco.
