I put the big pillow in the doghouse. At first Kimo didn't seem to want to sleep on it, but tonight he was fast asleep while I looked over the old newspaper in the chair. Suddenly Kimo woke up and attacked. He nailed me in my left side then went higher (for the head?). I blocked him with my arm and waited until the rage subsided. It was over pretty quickly as he recognized me and calmed down. After that he sat by my side and I petted him like usual. The whole incident probably took like 3 seconds.
OK, not completely cured yet. But no huge damage. I still have some scabbing from the bite though (which went right through my sweatshirt).
